Educational Background
Ms. Federiuk received her BS in Mass Media Communications from Oral Roberts University in 2001.

Biography
Ms. Federiuk grew up in Southern Arizona near historical Tombstone. She is married to Isaac Federiuk, a Biomedical Project Engineer with Bayer Healthcare and a mother of one daughter, Ivy Federiuk.

Previous to employment at Strategic Group, Ms. Federiuk worked in several different industries including education, non-profit and legal. Her first position, post college, was as an Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Information Technology at Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois. It was at this position that her boss, a former employee of Intel, encouraged her to move to Portland, Oregon.

Once relocated to Portland Oregon, Ms. Federiuk work at Gutterman's Supply in a temporarily position as a Sales Assistant to the Vice President of Sales until joining Dove Adoptions, a non-profit international adoption agency. At this position, Ms. Federiuk wore several different hats, including marketing and customer relations as well as her primary role of Adoption Coordinator. It was at this position that Ms. Federiuk match dozens of children with loving families by processing dossiers and worked with international attorneys. Ms. Federiuk considers traveling to Ethiopia to to establish an adoption program(still in existence) with the Tokoul Orphanage as one of her most rewarding past endeavors.

After leaving the non-profit sector, Ms. Federiuk worked as the Client Relations Director at Naegeli Reporting, a full service court reporting firm in downtown Portland. Ms. Federiuk worked primarily in a marketing and sales management role at this company.

It was not until Ms. Federiuk joined Strategic Group that she became an Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65) and now dedicates her focus to helping clients with financial planning and wealth management. Ms. Federiuk's primary role at Strategic Group centers around introducing individuals to Strategic Group and providing them with ongoing advice once they become clients. When first meeting with an individual, Ms. Federiuk spends at least one meeting learning about that persons' financial goals and current situation as well as the challenges they have been facing. It is not until understanding their situation and determining if Strategic Group can help provide solutions to their needs, does Ms. Federiuk consider establishing an ongoing relationship with that person. Ms. Federiuk believes that as a fiduciary, she has a higher responsibility to her clients and works diligently to provide consistent communication, creative solutions, and advice that serves their overall goals.

In addition to working at Strategic Group, Ms. Federiuk is on the board of Hearts of Fire Adoption Services, attends Horizon Community Church and volunteers with LOVE INC. of Greater Beaverton and Financials Beginnings. Ms. Federiuk is also on several committees within the University Club and Community Associations Institute. Ms. Federiuk enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, fishing, reading, volunteering, and drinking Scotch.
