Why I am a Financial Advisor:
When I first came to Strategic Group, I knew I had found my career home, a place I could find fulfillment by helping others in a way that truly made sense to me. I meet numerous people who have worked many years to either build up a retirement nest egg or create a thriving business. I think these people deserve to have an advisor who listens to them, provides solutions they can actually use, and diligently protect their assets. I became an advisor because I love helping others in a practical and tangible way.
One portion of my job that I especially enjoy, is introducing our company to individuals looking for a Financial Advisory firm. I listen to a person describe their concerns or goals and help them discover the different types of solutions available to them. Many people are surprised by the level of knowledge we provide and often describe us as ‘idea people.’ Strategic Group is unique in many ways; however, I know what truly makes us different is our high level of dedication to our clients.
This dedication drives our decisions here at Strategic Group. We watch our clients’ investments daily and continuously look for new opportunities, better strategies, and ways we can help our clients reach their goals. We are not satisfied investing in a list of stocks or mutual funds from some ‘research group,’ we do our own research at our office in Portland. If I don’t know the answer to a question or have an idea for a problem, I work until I find a solution – we all do. Like I mentioned before, we are here because we are dedicated to helping our clients succeed.
Personal:
Naomi moved to Portland, Oregon with her husband in 2002 and now considers the Northwest her home. She enjoys shopping, watching movies, fishing, reading, volunteering and travel. Naomi is on the board of Hearts of Fire Adoption Services, attends Horizon Community Church, is a member of the Tigard Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with SMART and Tigard CERT.
